Because some moderation decisions are made for something that's at no fault of the person being messaged whatsoever, but the messages themselves make it seem as if the recipient is at fault. Ex. being messages about content being deleted because they're in response to other deleted comments. [sg-poppy]

Oh no, I got those words, but then there's also the "But you should read the guidelines so you don't do it again" or something to that effect. I'm pretty sure I'm exaggerating a bit, but that's the impression I got from reading the message lol
