Context on definitions-- and failing moderation

So, I had a post deleted and a warning over "harassment" for telling someone that I found their opinions to be garbage. It was not an assault on this person, merely how and what opinions they were expressing. And, as a matter of fact, that post was specifically about how NONGARBAGE the opinions he was expressing were in that thread were, as crazy as that is.

The legal definition of "harassment" implies a repetitive nature, and I quote, "characteristically."

Now, this does not, obviously, include this one instance of expressing my distaste for this person's opinion. It DOES however accurately characterize the behavior of the mod who gave me this warning, deleted my post, and who has done the same thing on many, MANY instances, including going through my post history and deleting a number of productive threads in gameplay for "low effort/low content" in a failed attempt to get me banned on the three strike rule.

I am of course, talking about Laughing Fish, someone who has repeatedly been accused of favoritism, abuse of power, inconsistency, sodomy, jaywalking, gross incompetence, low effort, low content, etc.

This mod and I have a history, dating back to before the days of his moderation post, in which he, and others acting in his name from the M&G board, attempted to "raid" GD. Given our history, given his current run in with GD post-Misc absorbance, given the number of instances of questionable run-ins (well documented on this very board), and given his history of favoritism, here are my conditions:

What I will demand:

1. The repeal of my warning. I don't care about the post. But this tomfoolery being on my record and when you go through my post history and find much more deserving posts is insulting.

I will not DEMAND:

1. The revocation of his moderator status
2. Laughing Fish's ban
3. The ban of all his alt accounts, which he uses to upvote himself
4. The resetting of his upvote count to 0

Now, when an accusation like this comes up there are two responses: First, defensive-- which is tantamount to admission of guilt, and second, an expression that more will be done to make sure this doesn't happen again. Given this mod's history of complaints, I urge you to do the latter.

Also, fuck Discord, you can respond to me in this thread, or not at all. I'm not using a third party when we have a place of discourse.
