Why can EUW, EUNE, and OCE post here on NA but we cant post there?
The one way street is kinda bullshit. We should all be able to post on each others' boards if they can post here

Pretty sure you can, at least for OCE. I've seen an NA poster in OCE at least once. Unless it's changed.
The only issue is that OCE is a forum that's somewhat close to being dead (it wasn't before the change to Boards though). So yes you can post there (probably), but the question is whether or not you'd want to.

EDIT: If I'm wrong and NA players can not post anywhere but NA, it's not that hard to see why. Because you know, Riot is in NA, so it was designed obviously with the assumption that Rioters would be the most likely to visit NA Boards and thus allowing everyone to post on NA gives everyone equal access to Rioters. Too bad the designers didn't quite figure out that Riot doesn't give a shit about Boards and mostly only cares about reddit.
maybe because na players think we are toxic and don't want to visit us :p jk idk maybe for separation purposes but it doesn't seem to work that way, i agree that shouldn't be the case but the best deal is to create an euw account and use it for both boards
Mostly because Riot headquarters is in NA. We have the most engagement with Rioters and it's best for everyone to have access to that.
i didnt even know there was region specific boards, this is the first results that shows up when you look for league forums.
Technical limitations, mostly. I cannot discuss it beyond that, sorry.
Pretty sure NA, EUW and EUNE folks can post on OCE. It's been happening for years that we occasionally get such posters over there, even for things like Team Recruitment (which should be happening in their own regions). Seen a few instances of it recently, so unless there's some changes from the past month or so you should be able to post on OCE just fine, just like all the other NA posters.
