Hello I have been in a battle with RIOT and Moderators of these boards, riot ticket support and riot twitter support for some time now.

Its basically a 1sided battle where riot says x but never stand behind their words. They trying to speak for me and accuses me of things that are not true. Even when I prove these accusations to be false that dont apologize, infact they did ban me for pointing out the hypocritical behavior of one of their moderators. This moderator (not the djinn) had been calling me "troll" among several other things. Same moderator later asks me to "stop with the namecalling" , when I point this out as a hypocritical behavior I got life-time banned in the boards.

The picture up there is from The Djinn, a moderator I thought was cool but he did lie... if it was intentional I dont know.. Few hours after he posted that comment the thread was removed and I was life-time banned... For pointing out the level of hypocrisy among moderators.

RIOT also made false assucations towards me and have been doing this for quite some time now. Some of these accusations are: Im the worlds most toxic player. Im violating every single moderator. Im lying. Im a troll. Im provocative. Im negative. Im trying to ban-dodge. (Your account has been locked while under review for a variety of boards infractions including, but not limited to, use of a smurf to avoid a boards ban. ) RIOT have been informed about my accounts long time ago and I have not been trying to avoid anything other then being bullied by a toxic company. Im a feeder. +several other nice pet-names and accusations.

Riot have yet to put forth a single proof or evidence of their accusations towards me.

Everytime I get a thread removed etc I get a msg "You can contact us in disucss the board" (and I did, thats where I got life-time banned) I also get the msg that I can contact the moderators for quesitons on their discord... I have informed them for about 2 weeks that Im banned in their discord after I was called a troll and asked what the moderator thought a troll was. <--- Moderators want to put another story on this one?

Riot keeps giving me idiotic advices not suited to my situation. I asked another moderator "A rioter is lying about me, what can I do?" He told me to make a ticket "Riot have removed all my ticket accounts after I asked to speak with a supervisor and asked why they banned me for "promotion" ?" He then told me he didnt know what I can do... and that's where I am. RIOT and Moderatos of these forums keep harassign and abusing me, putting words in my mouth and not allowing myself to speak for myself. I say hello, they translate this in to "f-u" and ban me for saying "f-u" (This actually happen but the words were moronic and idiocy, riot claimed I had said Moron and idiot)

Moderators also made claims that I had called The Djinn a nazi or compared him to a Nazi... He himself asked this of me, I spent about 30min writing and posting an answer to him explaining that I waas not calling nor comparing him to a nazi... Yet I got once again punished for "comparing moderator to a nazi" ... Riot wont listen, they trying to speak for me and listen to what they themselves said... for me, and that is beyond strange!

Im sick and tired of this behavior from riot, from their moderators, from their overall employees... its not 1 person... its like everyone - a few exceptions. Its a toxic company who not only is lying to me... but is lying to you, over and over and over again.

I have asked them to put forth any evidence for anything the have accused me of, they so far have provided 0 evidence. I have given riot permission to talk about my accounts as long as they dont take anything out of context (and they did take things out of context! breaking their own rules)

Heck, even Supervisor Dwayne did lie to me, straight to my face/ears. Totally I believe its closer to 50 people within Riot that has been lying to me at lease once. About 30 of you have passed judgement and when asked about it you never clarify. And about 10 of you did punish me. You are all toxic and you are all lying. I dont think this great game deserve a company like riot and support like the one you trying to provide.

Give me the account name and I can look into the reason for the punishment if you'd like. Note, however, that just because I commented on what information we'd need for a proper discussion to happen does not mean that other behavior that could result in a punishment is acceptable, or will be ignored.

Hello and welcome back The Djinn.. some time since we last spoke... as previously stated I thought you were cool, you say something that I agree with... that I should post everything and have you analyze it... and when I post only a fraction of the problem I got life-time banned in your boards by a person I never heard of and 0 google results.

I give you the same question I gave that other moderator... Riot have been lying to me and been abusive etc etc etc... what do I do? You have already removed my ticket-support, blocked me on twitter and life-time banned me in these forums 4 times... What can I do in a situation like this? I m also banned in the discord and none of you are open with who you are and there are no other way of contacting you other then in here or ingame... where Im also banned.

The second sentence is also a lie and I have even made a thread explaining how this is a lie. You banned me for 2 weeks and didnt tell me why. I asked the board and they told me it was becuase i said "gg easy" . I did stop do this after the board told me.. not you. I did adapt my behavior and did show every sign willing to adapt. If you were to look at my ticket cases you find at least 10 tickets where I ask how to behave in different situation without you being able to explain it nor help me at all... if anything you have shown every sign that you are not willing to hlep me at all... only f-with me and abuse me, calling me names, making claimes, passing judgement etc etc etc.

Not everything is up for debate you say... like how you have treated me? BEcause whenever I try to talk to you about it you run, you run far.. and you remove the road so I cant even walk after you and ask "why are you running?"

So... did you get a hold of "right people" and what information have you given them? I suspect that you have not even given them 5% of what I have nor have talked about. Did you enlight them about the fact that I got life-time banned from the EU-W boards for "promotion" after I asked for help on how to break a 10-game loss streak? I even got a ticket account locked for asking "what did I promote?" <-- does the "right people" know about this?

Well, i remember you from few days ago. You made threads in wrong board sections. Moderators deleted it and told you to open it in correct section. You can use multiple accounts to post on forum, if you didnt get perma ban on it. What they mean is, if your main account(or one of accounts) gets banned on forum, you arent allowed to use your smurf account to post on forum.

Thats it. My entire post was 1 word. Didnt harrass him. Or say it multiple times. Nothing. Just said "pwned" and left the thread.

Got a SEVEN DAY BAN for that. There used to be 100 page long threads of us making fun of perma banned people. Even rioters joined in. But now its worth an entire weeks ban.

Bah. I cant agree with the OP he seems sincerely wrong. But the mods have been seemingly attacking my main. Instead of warnings ive been receiving bans for the smallest of shit.

What do you think is the only way to change a rule or a law in modern times?
If a police arrests you and claims you killed a man... should you go to jail or should you be put in court and quesitoned... and if found innocent should not the police be punished for lying?

2-One who made that rule/law can change it at his will

3-You should go to court, because thats what Law says. In this case Riot is law. So they can do what they want. If someone visits your house and you tell him not to do something and he does it, you have right to kick him out of your house. In fact, if you dont want him in your house for any reason or no reason, you can tell him to leave your house. This is Riots house.

Im not personally finding you rude. You have yet to name call or anything. I am just finding your claims to not be backed by anything. Granted, I wont be able to do anything on my own, but as a whole, the consumers of this product could band together and that is how change and things happens.

We can not just band together and witch hunt admins and moderators without actual proof of these claims is my whole point. That is the only reason why I call this a flame style post. You want people to hear you out and understand you, however you provide no proof to the things you are saying.

The way this would work is you, being the accuser, has to provide the evidence to sway everyone in hopes of turning them to your belief. Right now you just keep asking people "what they would do with the proof?".

That only leaves yourself open to people not taking you seriously. If you have the proof of these things happening towards you, I say provide it and air them out. By creating this post you leave yourself open to people speculating that validity of your statements.

Okey, so why are you speaking for others then? Yes I dont call people names other then when they are for example lying, I will call them a liar. My claims are not backed by anything? Witch hunt? lol... again, ask riot and again.. I have given riot permisison to talk about my accounts.. you can in fact ask them about my accoutns and should get information about them as Ihave given them permisison, total permission as long as they dont take things out of context. No that is not the point of this thread. if you dont know or not sure, then ask: I can explain it to you.

Not really. I did ask 2 people what they think about moderators giving advice that they can get banned for... Ididnt get an answer. And yes, I am asking that quesiton as well... and there is a reason for it, didnt I explain that reason to you? I ask because have now replied to a bunch of comments.

Not really. I have already understood that people will missundertand and not take anything seriously other then their own greed. Its a "free to play game" that noone takes seriously... hence the Volunteer moderators and not payed moderators.

By creating this post I have a slight chance of getting what I want, my game back! By not creating this post there is no chance at all.

Its not an assumption. Its based on what you said and what I said, we think differently because we stated different opinions and reasons for it... that has nothing to do with assumptions.

Now you are being rude and you did also not answer the questions I posted to you... something I find rude as well. You expect me to answer quesitons and put forth evidence and proof... Initially it was about you getting banned in game. People explained exactly why you got banned, and you quite literally chose to ignore it. Then you opened another thread on the exact same topic that got deleted for spam. You then started to argue the semantics of "spam" vs "flooding", while also simultaneously belittling people and doing the equivalent of putting your hands over your ears and screaming "I CAN'T HEAR YOU".

This is what my thread is about... and it is flying over all over your heads. You are not doing your job and you are not fit to judge what is ontopic and what is not... as your comment is offtopic as well. Thank you for contributing to this thread. I totally agree that this is something that should be looked in to and Im happy that you are willing to give it a go. How can we really improve communication with situation like these? I mean, is it really 2 people that hate each other that are talking to each other or is it 2 grown ups, maybe 1 grown up and 1 who hate the grown up? ... How can we make it a level field and keep the level at some sort of a standard to avoid personal attacks and "trolling" and such? This is something we need to solve in order to get to the root of this problem.

Regardless, accusing someone of anything without providing adequate information to understand your situation is quite rude, and if you were like this with anyone from Riot Games, I can understand why they called you toxic.

IF you let me in on this secret I promis I follow the pointers you give. I express myself in a way trying to minimize the level of missunderstanding, its has nothing to do with me being rude.
