1 month of riot ticket support
Hello On the second of August I made a ticket named "banned in boards". In that ticket I tell riot--support that I have a life-time ban in their boards (here) and would like to know why. The frst "help" i get looks like this: "It seems like your posting privileges have been permanently suspended. There aren’t a lot of reasons to post the same content in multiple places. Every once in a while it makes sense to cross-post, but if it’s not appropriate, the subsequent posts will be removed. In some cases, such as yours, permanent suspension is necessary." The supporter solved the case, but it was not solved, and I did reply: "Okey, so can you explain to me what I did in order to be permanently suspended? Examples, what did I post? Wich rule/guideline did I not follow in the examples?" And he gives me the same of the old. No examples and didnt tell me wich rule I broke. And again he did solve the ticket. I responded with "Can you give examples of what I said that you consider: "provoke conflict or incite, bait, or mock others" Also again, please stop solving the ticket. Thank you."
A new supporter enters the case, and gives me this msg: "I do not mean to be dismissive or rude, but you should know perfectly well how you were behaving on the Boards, and you did receive an e-mail regarding the matter. If anything from the e-mail wasn't clear, please let me know and I will be happy to give you further context on it."
Note the first sentence. "...you should know perfectly well how you were behaving on the boards" ... This was 6 months ago. I did explain to him that you can not expect people to have "perfect knowledge" of behavior 6 months ago, and that I only been asking what is the problem. Again he did solve the ticket and didnt give any examples.
He posts 2 more posts with the same idiotic content.
New supporter enters and wow... : "I've done some research on your case, and it's pretty simple - you posted something that not only does not resemble the truth (your main account is still comfortably sitting Gold 5, was never Gold 4 and climbed to G5 after getting seeded into B1) but you posted it several times (copy/pasted to be accurate) even after repeatedly having it deleted and being warned by moderators to stop it. Furthermore you claim to have received a message that you have been banned for promoting 3rd party services - this has never happened, which makes it even harder to trust your sincerity. " <--- This is part of his post.
Not only did he call me a liar, he went on to lie himself as all of what he wrote was a lie. I did have a "main" account at gold 4 at that time (gold 5 now I think?) , and I was permanently suspended for "promotion of 3rd party service" , I sent him a screenshot of this but that didnt help. He didnt apologize for his lies but went on to solve the ticket. After a long reply by me where I did explain that he did lie and he was wrong, he finally gave me what I have (somewhat) been asking for this entire time... the post that got me permanently suspended. According to him this was posted "Several times" in the boards, he could not specify how many times "several" is, but I guess it's more then once.
"Hello. Im looking for help, bur since people are downvoting my threads noone can see them and therefor noone can help me. I used to be gold 4 doing very well for myself. Now Im on my way to bronze 2 and there are reasons for that. But again, no one in here is trying to help me. Rito support dont help me Rito moderators ban me here and dont tell me why And rito twitter refuse to help me and in fact send me nonsense. So can I please get some help from anyone? And I beg for you to stop downvoting my threads as I dont get help when you do, this forces me to make a new thread and hope that I get help. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Also, do I get banned for asking people to stay on topic? Do I get banned for asking people not to lie/troll?"
Time went on, and they contiue with their behavior refusing to tell me what the problem was or what I had done that caused them to permanently suspend me. I have told them over and over again that I have not understood their explanations (wich are not explanations btw) , and they solve the ticket and refuse to talk to me... This has now been going for over a month (check image)
Riot ticket support did lie to me, they are rude and disrespectful. I believe that in almost every ticket I made I have written "Please dont solve the tickets, its rude and disrespectful. Please only solve the ticket when we both can agree its solved and there is no more issue on the topic" <-- This has never been respected in ticket support.
This is only a small part of how Riot-ticket support behaves... there are much much more and worse, but you have to start somewhere to get things fixed, becuase this needs to be fixed badly.
Conclusion: After over 1 month of trying to get the question "why did you ban me for promotion?" answered its still ongoing and they have not posted any answer in the last tickets, they only solve and close without a reply.
I be more then willing to have Riot-Tantram talk about my accounts as long as he doesnt take things out of context (he did this last time!) Tantram you are not allowed to talk about my account without my permission and I have given you specific permissions, please respect that. He also did lie about my behavior when he did call me "soft-troll" and that I had been intentionally feeding in games.
