Riot no service mind?
Hello. I have dealt with Riot ticket support, Riot Board moderators and Riot twitter support a lot over the last 9 months. What I noticed during these 9 months is something worrying. They can never admit fault. There has been many occasions where I have said something and they have translated this in to something else and use this as a reason for punishments. Riot Twitter support told me that I was very toxic player and I should stop call people idiots and morons. WHen I asked them to quote the entire sentence the reality was that I had said "Idiocy" and "moronic" and these 2 words are not the same as "idiot" and "moron" . One thing you are and one thing you do. Example: Jackass crew are not idiots, but they do idiotic stunts (due to the high risk of injury). Lance Armstrong is not a moron, but it was a moronic decision to take steroids.
When Riot are told they made a misstake and explained how they made it they are ignorant. Here is an example ME: I also think its wrong of you to be interpeting my text rather then ask me what I meant about my text, that is rather moronic... As if I were to say "hello" you can translate this in to "fuck you" and ban me for it, it happen before. Rioter: "You basically called me a moron (indirectly, but still)"
This is just one of many examples where I (or someone else) says something and mean something totally different then what we get judged for. Rito have never asked me "What do you mean by that?" they allways jump to conclution that what I said is bad and I should be punished for it.
Rioter: What you should learn: Be nicer to people ME:<Rioters name> you dont know anything about me... You dont know that I have a person living with me right now because he got homeless.

I have been mistreated by riot for so long and I think its long overdue that I show you some of the things they have done. This thread is to enlight people about the actions of riot related people. This is the only way to make them change for the better and the only way to remove riot from the #1 spot as the "Worlds most toxic community", it starts with Riot.
A moderator on the NA boards suggested that I go to the EUW boards discord tring to get help. After a few days trying to get in contact with someone on discord I finally got to talk to someone, they were not rioters but moderators of the EUW boards. They were most ignorant and disrespectful towards me and here are a few examples: Taking things out of context. I had in one reply to a comment asked the following "This means taht I only have to ruin about 50 more games before perm bann? cool" In riot's mind I have said "Im going to ruin 50 more games and Im proud of it" Rioter: "And from what you wrote, you were boasting about losing games."
The entire thread (that got removed due to promotion, and riot did lie about this too: "Furthermore you claim to have received a message that you have been banned for promoting 3rd party services - this has never happened, which makes it even harder to trust you sincerity. Rioter: And from what you wrote, you were boasting about losing games.
Me: No I was not.. and again, if you were the police out in the feild. YOu claim you think I did a crime, you arrest me and then you let me explain myself If you did this here, then you could have told me "What I read is you boasting about your losses, is this the case or can you change the thread?" If you told me you read "MUhahaha I have a lot of losses and you should get those losses too!" then I could have changed the thread. I dont know that you read it like that, just like you didnt know I meant it the way I did
Same rioter: If you think I treated you unfairly, you can complain about me at the Support. I had previously told him I cant talk to riot support due the to the fact that they removed my support accounts among other things for asking "Why am I banned for promotion in the boards?"
Same rioter: THe ban is final <we talk for a while> Same rioter: Look, let me round this up: You obviously still have a problem with judging what is rude and what isn't and that is precisely why this ban is going to stay. You didn't learn from all this, you still are rude and try to justify it by others being rude first or having intentions that are not at all in line with what you actually wrote. ME:<Rioter> understand that you first said the ban was final and I asked what you wanted me to do... now you are saying that because of what I said makes the ban final again? You aint being very fair towards me here and I find your behavior rude. How can I learn when you are not telling me what I did wrong and not giving me a chance to show you that I have understood what you have told me? ME: No, my intentions comes first, if you translate it wrong and missunderstands me then its not me beign rude, its you missunderstanding. Rioter: I don't judge you as a person in general ME: so again, pelase quote what I said that you think is rude Rioter: As mentioned before, i judge you ON THE BOARDS by what you actually did on the boards. This is true, but notice how this riot-related forum moderator holds me at different standards as he does his colleges. Riot tantram could come in here and take things out of context, even lie about actions and not been told by other riot-related personel to express himself better. This is not about leaving out truth, this is leaving out nonsense as it is not important as to what group you are related to. On here and in discord you represent Riot and have premissions on Riots homepages where other does not. Its a double standard and I was hoping you would stop that.

...okay, from my experiences, no one is that innocent if they're getting banned like that.
But he didn't call you a soft troll. "Soft trolling" does not mean the person is a "soft troll" just as how lying does not necessarily make a person a liar.

This is when I did want to call him on discord in order to explain to him that another persons actions can affect another persons actions... For example: IF you were to sleep with my wife, I will probably punch you. I wouldnt punch you if you didnt sleep with my wife, therefor the reason for my actions is your actions. Yes I am responsable... For being a human with humans reactions and human feelings.
He didnt want to talk to me via voice, when asked if he was afraid to he said he wasnt but were unable to give a reason
Well, that kind of attitude also makes me not want to do so, since I don't particularly cherish the idea of being the >poor customer support guy when that's not even my job.
Problem is there is no "good attitude" for riot, there are no rights there are only donts. Every rioter acts like this, it's as if they take a course in "how to be a rioter"
