How to Ensure Excellent Customer Service

Hello. I have dealt with Riot ticket support, Riot Board moderators and Riot twitter support a lot over the last 9 months. What I noticed during these 9 months is something worrying. They can never admit fault. There has been many occasions where I have said something and they have translated this in to something else and use this as a reason for punishments. Riot Twitter support told me that I was very toxic player and I should stop call people idiots and morons. WHen I asked them to quote the entire sentence the reality was that I had said "Idiocy" and "moronic" and these 2 words are not the same as "idiot" and "moron" . One thing you are and one thing you do. Example: Jackass crew are not idiots, but they do idiotic stunts (due to the high risk of injury). Lance Armstrong is not a moron, but it was a moronic decision to take steroids.

When Riot are told they made a misstake and explained how they made it they are ignorant. Here is an example ME: I also think its wrong of you to be interpeting my text rather then ask me what I meant about my text, that is rather moronic... As if I were to say "hello" you can translate this in to "fuck you" and ban me for it, it happen before. Rioter: "You basically called me a moron (indirectly, but still)"

This is just one of many examples where I (or someone else) says something and mean something totally different then what we get judged for. Rito have never asked me "What do you mean by that?" they allways jump to conclution that what I said is bad and I should be punished for it.

Rioter: What you should learn: Be nicer to people ME:<Rioters name> you dont know anything about me... You dont know that I have a person living with me right now because he got homeless.

I have been mistreated by riot for so long and I think its long overdue that I show you some of the things they have done. This thread is to enlight people about the actions of riot related people. This is the only way to make them change for the better and the only way to remove riot from the #1 spot as the "Worlds most toxic community", it starts with Riot.

A moderator on the NA boards suggested that I go to the EUW boards discord tring to get help. After a few days trying to get in contact with someone on discord I finally got to talk to someone, they were not rioters but moderators of the EUW boards. They were most ignorant and disrespectful towards me and here are a few examples: Taking things out of context. I had in one reply to a comment asked the following "This means taht I only have to ruin about 50 more games before perm bann? cool" In riot's mind I have said "Im going to ruin 50 more games and Im proud of it" Rioter: "And from what you wrote, you were boasting about losing games."

The entire thread (that got removed due to promotion, and riot did lie about this too: "Furthermore you claim to have received a message that you have been banned for promoting 3rd party services - this has never happened, which makes it even harder to trust you sincerity. Rioter: And from what you wrote, you were boasting about losing games.

Me: No I was not.. and again, if you were the police out in the feild. YOu claim you think I did a crime, you arrest me and then you let me explain myself If you did this here, then you could have told me "What I read is you boasting about your losses, is this the case or can you change the thread?" If you told me you read "MUhahaha I have a lot of losses and you should get those losses too!" then I could have changed the thread. I dont know that you read it like that, just like you didnt know I meant it the way I did

Same rioter: If you think I treated you unfairly, you can complain about me at the Support. I had previously told him I cant talk to riot support due the to the fact that they removed my support accounts among other things for asking "Why am I banned for promotion in the boards?"

Same rioter: THe ban is final <we talk for a while> Same rioter: Look, let me round this up: You obviously still have a problem with judging what is rude and what isn't and that is precisely why this ban is going to stay. You didn't learn from all this, you still are rude and try to justify it by others being rude first or having intentions that are not at all in line with what you actually wrote. ME:<Rioter> understand that you first said the ban was final and I asked what you wanted me to do... now you are saying that because of what I said makes the ban final again? You aint being very fair towards me here and I find your behavior rude. How can I learn when you are not telling me what I did wrong and not giving me a chance to show you that I have understood what you have told me? That was never my intentions and if you are so kind and tell me what I have said that you think is rude Im more then willing to explain what I said and how I dont think its rude. This is true, but notice how this riot-related forum moderator holds me at different standards as he does his colleges. Riot tantram could come in here and take things out of context, even lie about actions and not been told by other riot-related personel to express himself better. This is not about leaving out truth, this is leaving out nonsense as it is not important as to what group you are related to. On here and in discord you represent Riot and have premissions on Riots homepages where other does not. Its a double standard and I was hoping you would stop that.

First thread got deleted because riot cant move threads . New thread was made here on "player behavior" after I did ask forum moderator: CrusaderDroid where to place it.

...okay, from my experiences, no one is that innocent if they're getting banned like that.

But he didn't call you a soft troll. "Soft trolling" does not mean the person is a "soft troll" just as how lying does not necessarily make a person a liar.

This is when I did want to call him on discord in order to explain to him that another persons actions can affect another persons actions... For example: IF you were to sleep with my wife, I will probably punch you. I wouldnt punch you if you didnt sleep with my wife, therefor the reason for my actions is your actions. Yes I am responsable... For being a human with humans reactions and human feelings.

He didnt want to talk to me via voice, when asked if he was afraid to he said he wasnt but were unable to give a reason

Well, that kind of attitude also makes me not want to do so, since I don't particularly cherish the idea of being the >poor customer support guy when that's not even my job.

Problem is there is no "good attitude" for riot, there are no rights there are only donts. Every rioter acts like this, it's as if they take a course in "how to be a rioter"

This is your 11th penalty on THIS account and have also been banned from the boards. You get reported so much that my browser had a difficult time paginating the results. I scrolled through 30 PAGES of reports, and based upon what I saw you are justly reported in about every game you play. The severity of the chat logs shown aren't extreme. They do however show consistent negativity and similar behavior trends to your previous penalties. As such, the system decided, and rightfully so, that you are not learning from your previous penalties.

I spot checked your recent games.

One game, you loaded in and 28 seconds into the game informed the player they were on an 8 game losing streak, and were bad. You 'soft trolled' a few games, intentionally feeding but trying to stay under the detection radar. You argue with people in literally every game I checked.

Yes it was probably my 11th penalty on that account, what Tantram forgot to tell you is that it's 11 punishments over 7 years. 2 of those punishments are for "leaver buster" due to an urget medical call and a fire in the apartment complex. Now we are down to 9. 1 punishment is for reportcalling (Please report player x) and 1 is for saying "Please stfu" to 4 abusive germans who in champion select did talk about clensing the arian blood. We are down to 7... My first ban was for feeding for my second ranked game ever. I ended up 2-9 but didnt intentionally feed, I was just bad. WE are down to 6 punishments now mate. And those 6 punishments riot have not been able to tell me what the problem was. They can tell you I have been punished 11 times, they cant tell you for what nor over what time, strange huh?

But okey.He says that when he look up my account he get 30 pages of reports, okey... how many reports on 1 page? because 1 report per page over 7 years is nothing. That's 1 report every 85th day. You never questioned that he left out so much data?

He makes his decision that the reports are justified but he didnt read a single one of them. I did call him out on this.

He looks over my recent games, how many of them? In one game he finds where I let my teammates know that Im on a 8 game loss streak and he interpets this as me "soft trolling" and "intentionally feeding" and again, I did call him out on it BECUASE ITS A LIE! I have never intentionally fed a single game this year. That's why I know he did lie and again... I did call him out on it.

I also explained why I let my teammates know I had an 8 game loss streak and how that information is very useful, but he just like you did ignore it.

I wish you would think more critically before posting previous posted ignorance and lies from a Rioter. There are reasons why he didnt come back to me, addressed a single of my points or took up any of my challenges. Because he did lie to make me look worse then I really am.

What you and riot have missed all along is that you make misstakes, your knowledge is not absolute and you can talk for others nor claim thigns that are not true at all. I caught over 30 rioters lying about different things meanwhile they caught me lying.... 0 times Why? Because if I dont lie I allways know what I said. I dont need to lie to make riot look bad, they do that pretty well themselves. Now I just wish that the players of this game wakes up and understand the things that I understand about this game and not like you did, quote lies from a rioter in order to make me look worse then I am.

Riot claims Im one of the worlds most toxic players.... Yet the only game I have ever had any trouble with is LOL. Im not banned /suspended in any other game for any reason, strange huh? I have over 10.000 hours logged on counter-strike without any bans or suspensions. I have ~4.000 hours logged on dota without any bans or suspensions, strange huh? Im also a forum moderator and have 0 complains, strange huh? Im a twitch channel moderator for several channels with 0 complains, strange huh?

So how about you open your eyes and read the book before you judge it based on what a "rioter" who got caught lying said.

The reason why he didn't reply to you any further is because it's pointless. It's always going to be Riot's word against yours.

I have provided proof of their lies. If you are not allowing yourself to understand or view these proofs it's not my problem. The proof is there wather you see it/understands it or not.

Riots word agains mine? well I have logs that Im willing to share, logs and screenshots and even a recording when one of their supervisors lies. I have also provided information regarding a case (that Im not invloved in) where riot did lie. I cant make you see, I can only provide the information and its up to you to see.

Saying "I have proof" is not proof. Proof is proof. You have not provided any tangible evidence of Riot lying in general, let alone in your specific case. And it's important to note that you can't provide tangible evidence in your case, because those would just be examples of (presumably) good behaviour, which does not prove that you do not ever behave negatively.

It's right up there. You see what you want to see. I provided a link to a picture on what I was told was my crime. I have a screenshot with the text I provided that was a lie where a rioter claims I did lie.

Great. You have a screenshot proving that you were, indeed, banned from boards for violating a rule that ALSO includes 3rd party services, but is not limited to that... Meaning you did not provide proof for actually having received a message that you were banned for promoting 3rd party services. I mean, technically you didn't even provide proof that a Rioter even said this, making this even less of an actual proof for Riot lying.

Nothing is as clear as day. Your picture doesn't prove you were actually banned for promoting 3rd party services, and not generally actions which are not in line with the ToS and Summoner's code. You typing something in quotation marks is not proof that this is an actual quote by a Rioter.

Well, I posted you 2 pictures that tells a different story. what is ToS? What actions goes against tos?

I know, that is not proof. But again, if I was lying.. wouldnt tantram be all over me letting you know I was lying? I have not lied to you once yet you just like the rioter who did handle my case in ticket support claims Im a liar, without any proof or prior experience.

Sorry, but that's not how it works.

If you don't know what actions go against Riot's terms and conditions, I recommend reading them before just clicking "accept" the next time.

Because you likewise accused him of lying. He can only really provide statistics, logs and the likes... all of which you could claim to be fake. Calling somebody out as a liar that accuses you of lying just results in a never ending cycle of pointlessness.

Understand that I have read summoners code, but noone else has. I suffer from dyslexia and not going to read up on terms of use nor the rules of the boards. Again, I have never had any problem with any platsform prior to LOL, nor during the time nor after.

I did accuse him of lying because he was. And you were not there to ask him for proof... because he didnt prove anything he said while I do. Noone asked him to printscreen the 11 punishments he claims I have nor the 30 pages of reports nor when I was inting or "soft trolling" , again... strange huh? WE are held at different standards and that is just wrong.

Again, you have not caught me lying once while I have provided you with evidence that Riot is lying and that what I say is the truth. I lie because I have no reason to.

Credibility is not purely a function of lies. I may not have caught you lying, but even under the benefit of doubt, I still caught you misunderstanding information that was provided to you and twisting this into the claim that Riot lied.

Please understand that I went to the ticket support and said "Hello, I got banned for promotion, what did I promote?" I didnt get an answer for that question at all... I posted the same question for over a month. I had to go to discord and find a forum moderator who doesnt even work for riot to help me understand what the problem was. And it wasnt that I had promoted a service... it was because riot though I had promoted intentionally feeding and losing games. But they never told me this in ticket support as you can see by that image. Again... I invite any rioter to show any and everyone my ticket support logs. DO not take anything out of context, if you publish my text then you also should post the text you have written before and after my text... context.

Nonono... you are missing the point and need to re-read what I wrote.

I made a thread (and had made threads prior to that one) where I asked for help due to a loss streak that I could not break. I didnt get any help and things got more and more surreal, thats when I made that thread and tehy though I was promoting losing/feeding but that was never the case... there is a reason why I posted:

They never allow anyone to be in control over their own words. If I say "Hello" and they translate that in to "f-u" they can ban me for harassment... when In reality I only did greet you. Again, this has happen and I have been punished for it and yes I have evidence of this as well.

I did not focus on the 3rd paty service, notice that I have not even written it down. Again the ticket I made was "Im banned for promotion, what did I promote?" <--- not a 3rd party service in sight, and again... riot can confirm this but wont.

At first I was told that I was just nasty and a bad person and I was like "wtf? this is not what I asked for" so I kept asking "Im banned for promotion in your forums, what did I promote?" I didnt get answers... until finally Igot the answers that I provided for you in both text and image form.

Understand that RIOT does a lot of things without evidence, proof, statistics or facts. I did offer riot to talk to all of them but they decline, again for a reason... their knowledge is absolute and everything riot says is the truth... but in reality its something different. I would be more then willing to printscreen the entire ticket for you, but again.... they removed the entire ticket account because I asked "Im banned for promotion, what did I promote?" several times and didnt get answers.

Note that I never claimed I waas banned for promotion 3rd paty service, I have allways said that "Im banned for promotion, what did I promote?" It was the rioter who said 3rd party service, not me. It was you who said 3rd party service, not me.

When you get a hold of a rioter. ask them how many times in tickets I asked "please only answer questions that have been posted. Do not answer questions that have never been posted." I say this because riot in 3/4 cases does answer questions that have never been posted and then that last 1 they answer the correct question but with a very strange answer.

So rather then sit here and ask me for this or that, why not ask riot to come clean regarding me? Put everything on the table, I have nothing to hide and I stand behind every action and word I have written or done in this game. Im more then willing to share anythign and everything as long as it is not taken out of context, like the number of punishments without over what time.

Well, given that you kept linking a picture that did not only not prove that the Rioter lied, but actually supported their point, I'm not sure how I should trust you on that. At best you are prone to miscommunication (as shown by you failing to understand the content of the message you received), at worst you deliberately pretended to misunderstanding the message to make your point.

In both cases, your side of the story is not exactly trustworthy.

Im sorry, Im not the one who taught you how to read. But that is what it says. RIOTER Claims that:

I was never gold 4, and that is a lie that you can look up and I have provided you with information on how to do this.
He did Claim that I had said that I had recieced a msg that told me I was banned for 3rd party service, but I never said that nor was that true. I only got the information that I have provided for you in a image.
He called me a liar when I had not lied about this, wich makes his claim a lie.
I have 1 case of "naming and shaming" and not "repeating" as he did claim, wich again was a lie.
I did also not "name and shame" anyone for their "ingame performence" as his comment suggested, that is another lie.

Hello I see you quoting Tantrams post but forgot to read the reply I had for it? But okey I might as well let you know the problems with that post.

Yes it was probably my 11th penalty on that account, what Tantram forgot to tell you is that it's 11 punishments over 7 years. 2 of those punishments are for "leaver buster" due to an urget medical call and a fire in the apartment complex. Now we are down to 9. 1 punishment is for reportcalling (Please report player x) and 1 is for saying "Please stfu" to 4 abusive germans who in champion select did talk about clensing the arian blood. We are down to 7... My first ban was for feeding for my second ranked game ever. I ended up 2-9 but didnt intentionally feed, I was just bad. WE are down to 6 punishments now mate. And those 6 punishments riot have not been able to tell me what the problem was. They can tell you I have been punished 11 times, they cant tell you for what nor over what time, strange huh?

But okey.He says that when he look up my account he get 30 pages of reports, okey... how many reports on 1 page? because 1 report per page over 7 years is nothing. That's 1 report every 85th day. You never questioned that he left out so much data?

He makes his decision that the reports are justified but he didnt read a single one of them. I did call him out on this.

He looks over my recent games, how many of them? In one game he finds where I let my teammates know that Im on a 8 game loss streak and he interpets this as me "soft trolling" and "intentionally feeding" and again, I did call him out on it BECUASE ITS A LIE! I have never intentionally fed a single game this year. That's why I know he did lie and again... I did call him out on it.

I also explained why I let my teammates know I had an 8 game loss streak and how that information is very useful, but he just like you did ignore it.

I wish you would think more critically before posting previous posted ignorance and lies from a Rioter. There are reasons why he didnt come back to me, addressed a single of my points or took up any of my challenges. Because he did lie to make me look worse then I really am.

Riot claims Im one of the worlds most toxic players.... Yet the only game I have ever had any trouble with is LOL. Im not banned /suspended in any other game for any reason, strange huh? I have over 10.000 hours logged on counter-strike without any bans or suspensions. I have ~4.000 hours logged on dota without any bans or suspensions, strange huh? Im also a forum moderator and have 0 complains, strange huh? Im a twitch channel moderator for several channels with 0 complains, strange huh?

So how about you open your eyes and read the book before you judge it based on what a "rioter" who got caught lying said.

You have missunderstood this thread. This thread is about improving the community and it starts with the company itself. You cant have a "toxic-free" community with a toxic company.
