We are not refusing to listen to or refusing investigate the issue. The simple fact is that the boards moderation team is empowered to make moderation decisions, and at no point in the process do we have to reverse our decision simply because you do not personally agree with it, nor does a refusal to do so mean we are not listening -- it merely means that we do not agree with you. I have personally looked over the action in question, and found that it was an appropriate removal.
You are welcome to submit a ticket to Player Support if you wish, who will ensure it reaches our Riot contacts. There is no phone number for this sort of complaint though, so Player Support is your best available option at this time.
