What About a "New Players" Section on the Boards?

When I'm scrolling through GD or Gamplay and I see "I'm a new player asking ,<insert question here>" I really want to help them because new players are kinda integral to a game's development in terms of the community.

What if on the boards there was a place for all the new players to ask their questions or make their comments for more long-time players to respond to? It would be much easier for them to get answers and for the nicer players to help them out. :D

I just think it'd be nice to implement, tell me what y'all think!
