Lore:

Growing up in Zaun was hard for someone like Ayleth who did not understand the angers and villainous people he had been surrounded with. His only friend, or the only person who would except Ayleth as a person, was Warwick. Though Warwick used Ayleth for a few experiments, his most major transformation was that with a thunderstone found in a far off region. He had acquired this in only he knows how and has forged it to be bonded to Ayleth to give him power. In return, his only side effects were that of golden hair and eyes and an uncontrollable amount of lightning he'd make appear out of his body. This is why Warwick ever put up with Ayleth. If it weren't for this power, he wouldn't had put up with his nice guy demeanor for much longer.

Time went on and Warwick sought more power himself to allow him to find more test-subjects. After learning of a potion through Singed, he and Ayleth with another man went with him to retrieve the necessary ingredients. But even the failure of the last needed ingredient did not dismay the power-hungry Warwick as he jugged the potion and became what he is now.

Feeling at fault for not being there for his friend, he takes the potion himself as he needs to become more feral as well and goes to the Institute of War to find and help his friend. Though he has now got some new side-effects.

Be wary of the light. -Ayleth

Abilities:

Will of Light: Ayleth can power up his hands with electricity after every 11.5 seconds and can deal a bonus amount of damage 15 (+ 15% of ability power). If the minion or champion hit has a light above it, it will be stunned for 1.2 seconds.

Lightning Pulse: Ayleth charges up a force of lightning that comes down dealing 55/65/75/85/95 attack plus 25% ability. Those caught in the beam have a light appear above them.

Cost: 40 energy

Range: 725

Thunder Charge: Ayleth sends out a force of thunder that pushes away nearby enemies forcing 10/20/30/40/50 damage plus 45% of attack damage and stunning either minion or champion for 2 seconds if they have a light above them.

Cost: 50 energy

Inner Spark: Passive: Ayleth gains 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% increase in attack speed and 5%/7%/9%/11%/!3% increase in movement speed.

Cost: Passive

Range: self

Force of Light: Ayleth summons a bolt of lightning to damage all enemies within the sphere dealing a damage of 100/150/200 and summoning 1/2/3 pups of lightning after the effect is over. Each pup has 300 + 25 x level (life) and 50 + 10 x level (attack).

Cost: none

Range:

Champion Info:

Health: 400 (+67 per level)

Health regeneration: 5.8 (+0.6 per level)

No Mana: Instead, he has light-energy: 400

Energy Regeneration: 5 per second

(Special ability: when all energy is gone, Ayleth cannot use any abilities but gains a 45% attack damage.)

Attack Damage: 48.64 (+3.055 per level)

Armor: 50 (+1.2 per level)

Attack Speed: 0.659

Magic Resist: 28 (+0.9 per level)

Movement Speed: 315

Type: Tank/Secondary: Mage (or can be a Fighter/Secondary: Tank)

Lane: He'd be best suited for mid. His "W" can easily clear away a large mid lane gank, giving him time to escape. But can also do good damage top due to his passive. I can't say if he'd be a good jungler or a good support other than his stuns and ability to get his teammate to shoot faster. Finally, Ayleth is not a marksmen.

Friends

Warwick Warwick

Singed Singed

Rivals

Vayne Vayne

Nocturne Nocturne

Any other needed knowledge of him would have to be taken up with the professionals. I cannot say how well he is in team fights or in ganking situations.

The passive on his Q would be absolutely broken, especially with attack speed. Your opponent would be stun-locked and unable to do anything. Perhaps there should be a duration after he has stunned someone where he cannot do it again to the same target?

It seems like a fair champ but why the enemies?like they had nothing to do with the lore...

The ulti needs a bit more damage.

I'd like to see more detail and less.

I want to know more about the champ in general - abilities, gameplay, roles, etc. Is Ayleth a mage? A fighter? An assassin? A bruiser? A tank? Melee? Ranged, and if so, what range? What about those abilities? Are they targeted, on-hit, aoe? The q sounds kind of like xerath's q, but there's not enough detail for me to know how it really works.

On the other hand, know that if Ayleth were made, Riot would balance him with their own numbers, not use yours. So I'd like to see less detail about the specific numbers per rank, and instead just say, this ability deals physical damage, has high base damage and scales poorly with AD. Or, this ability deals magic damage and has a low base, but scales very well with AP.
