Talon Volley animation/hit box is broke??????

Literally, I'm not sure what the hitbox on that shit is but it's so broke. I swear I would get hit by it without the animation even touching me. Whether I was on the side of it, or far away from it, the animation no way no how touches me. Either league needs to make the animation larger to make sense to dodge, or just reduce the hit box on that shit.
