Elise Can Only Rappel to Wolves on Blue Side

Elise is unable to Rappel to wolves from the northeastern wall surrounding the wolf camp on the red side of the map, though she is able to from the southwestern wall on the blue side. She used to be able to rappel to either one before the changes to her Rappel in patch 4.13. This map asymmetry exists on both current Summoner's Rift and the updated Summoner's Rift on PBE. The screenshots that I have provided are from the updated Summoner's Rift on PBE, but the functionality on Live SR is exactly the same.

I don't know why people are treating this like an elise balance issue. Its not, its a jungle balance issue. It effects the ability of any champion with mobility spells that need targets. It means lee, amumu, thresh and more are able to use their mobility from one spot in one jungle, but not the same spot in the other jungle. Its a generic issue of consistency, not an issue of elise needing her ranges changed, because changing elise doesn't fix the underlying issue that the distance from the wall to wolves is not the same for both side.

Why is it so hard to just take all the invisible barriers and camp spawns and literally just mirror them to the other side? Visuals should be tailored to the arena--not the arena to the visuals.

This may have been an oversight when creating jungle spawn animations but even so I think the entire map needs to be checked over to assure the symmetry of it. (Better not be like before where we went 4 seasons of blue and purple side buying ranges being vastly different).

Riot said they only updated the graphics while leaving the underlying move map alone. I vote they make some exceptions.

Anyone know what other champs this might affect, like Lee Sin, Amumu, Thresh, etc. trying to reach the camp?

I doubt we even have improved FPS either. How can a larger map (because you obviously cant make the jump if its larger) be an improvement on performance? Yeah..exactly. It cant. More to load/run = less fps I feel bad for the people who are gonna get rekt by this new map lol

This is a serious bug and i think riot should interest on because it mean the range of all the abilities of champions are not the same on all the map

shouldn't both sides be mirrored? So what ever dimensions are on red should be on blue?

there's an easy fix for this just buff the repels range by 25% there now both sides are even :p

Personally i dont see a problem here. Jungle is obviously not the same for either side of river, or red and blue sides, dont make such a big deal because you want the jungle to be perfectly symmetrical

Its because the way the jungles are. They need to be changed. You can also kite blue buff on the blue team's side but not purple's.

I noticed the same thing with LeeSin's q and how you don't have to touch the wall on blue side to hit wolves but on red you have to be hugging to wall.

There's also the issue of many of the new jungle camps being positioned weirdly to where certain AoE skills can't hit the entire camp any longer.

the issue with nerfing any non tank jungle's follows with the issue of the new jungle design. if any of you read the new jungle article you would realize that jungle's this season will have it a bit harder with the camps having a damage increase that's more noticeable now. so stop asking for them to be nerfed to those of you who hate jungle for some reason. if you havent noticed were the people who pull your but out of the hole when you start to lose lane.

I'm not saying Elise is op right now. I just think its lol when they nerf any jungler. I'm always in support of nerfing junglers regardless of their current power.
