Nocturne's ultimate is causing FPS to nose dive.

Just played a game with a Nocturne, and every time I would get vision back after his ult, I would go from around 30 FPS, to below 10.

And, I wasn't the only one, either. At first, I thought it was my computer, but after our Draven said he was having the same problem, I figured that this might be a bug.

So, figured I'd bring it to your guys' attention.
