Another Patch and Voli E is STILL bugged!!

Title: Volibear E-Bug Server: ANY SERVER!!! Type of Bug: in-game

THIS BUG EXISTS SINCE over 3 MONTHS NOW!

Details: If you attack a jungle monster with Voli E (before any other skill or autoattack) monsters HP will reset for the duration of E. This goes for Gromp/Blue/Wolves/Red/Krugs. Raptors/Rift Scuttler/Minions seem to work. If the monster already lost some HP from AA or other Skill, E works fine.

This bug happens EVERY time (10/10). Regardless of items or level, Ranked or Normal.

Hey Big Friendly Bear.. that's what the F stands for right? :P

So I'm taking a look at this, I can't promise it'll be fixed for 8.9 but it is on my radar now. I do apologize that this is how it was found, after multiple attempts by you and something we should have caught anyways. So thank you for being on top of this and I will do my best to have this fixed quickly.

Who's gonna CC a monster at level 1 before its basic attack is mid air anyway?

I’m fairly certain there’s still a bug on shaco where clicking inhibs and nexus with r to attack with your clone doesn’t work
