Trinket ward tier 1 timer bug

So i've noticed on multiple games that my trinket will display the upgraded text before level 9. I will often look at the trinket, pre-level 9, and it will tell me that the ward should last 120 seconds, and the recharge time is 120 seconds. Just a little issue i was hoping could be dealt with in the next patch.

Not sure what the exact cause is. But i tend to play Sona, and will usually notice the issue after picking up sightstone.
