[GAMEPLAY] Volibear Bug - Majestic Roar (E)

THIS BUG EXISTS SINCE 2 MONTHS NOW!

Details: If you attack a jungle monster with Voli E (before any other skill or autoattack) monsters HP will reset for the duration of E. This goes for Gromp/Blue/Wolves/Red/Krugs. Raptors/Rift Scuttler/Minions seem to work. If the monster already lost some HP from AA or other Skill, E works fine.

This bug happens EVERY time (10/10). Regardless of items or level, Ranked or Normal.
