[BUG] Tryndamere's 2nd spin in a row deal no damage

Most likely culprints : Time delay on damage source to be re-eligible. Implanted recently to fix the double Spinning Slash damage that you could do for a short while after last round of changes to the ability.

TESTED TODAY : STILL IS BUGGY.
