[BUG] with Garen`s Q

pressing garen`s Q before rightclicking nexus to attack it ,negates garen command ,he will stop for 2-3 seconds atleast then he starts attacking ,i think its important since sometimes one hit on nexus makes difference between ending the game= win or losing the game

happens 10/10

everytime i press Q to damage nexus ,he stops ,like he is frozen or stunned,then he returns to what command was given
