Blackout in Champ Select, take ranked down!

Everyone's placements are getting screwed over from this bug Riot! WTF?! Take down the ranked queue and fix this! This is EXACTLY why I told my roommate that they should release the patch and start the season on different days. Would have given plenty of time to catch those pesky bugs that would interfere with the queue/ranked system.
