weird bugs that are fixed right after i dc and reconnect

I have noticed many times before this bug in the game i never mentioned it before until now because it cost me a ranked game :(

I was amumu, i was in a 2 v2 fight i clicked r to stun my enemies so we kill them but my ult couldn't be triggered and they escaped. I kept clicking r over and over again but my ult wouldn't go off. I left the match and reconnected right away and when i pressed r again it worked. It pretty much cost me the game but anyways.

I have haf similar bugs with other champions, varus q same bug, amd quite a few other occasions.

Also some timea i click Y by accident which locks the camera on my champion and when i try to unlock it from me it won't work. No matter how many times i click Y it remains locked. After i leave the game and reconect the problem is fixed and i can lock and unlock the camera normally again.

Is there a reason why this happens, are you aware of this bug?

For the camera issue when it lock on you just click on minimap and drag, you'll see all start working again pretty fine. For the bug of skill, i've never hear of amumu bug on R, but the bug on channeled ability it's pretty common and sad.

Even with VI, if you keep channeling q and get interrupted, your q get bugged all the game long until you dc /log in . Riot know.. but for some serius reason still refuse to fix those gamebraking bug .
