Random champion freezes/flickers

I’ve had it happened in a lot of games for a bit now, and it occurs to several players in game with me... we’ll be playing and suddenly our champs are frozen (they’ll stay animated, ect) but they won’t respond to any spells or mouse clicks pressed? I’d say it’s lag but then I ask other players in my game and 3-4 others players will state it happened to them too!

Another thing I’ve noticed is random jitters in game. So say I’ll be playing Lux and I walk from red buff to raptors, I’ll walk extremely quick to the raptors as if the animation is quicker, but the flicker back to the red buff and walk like normal. It does this with walking and especially spells. Sometimes I’ll instantly die without any animations occur if say, a Zed or a Katarina all ins me. Like they won’t have even done anything, but they do and actually kill me. I check to see if it’s to do with my FPS/lag and my stats stay completely normal. So I think it’s to do with League rather than my pc.
