Banshee's Veil doesn't break when champion walks over Cass W pool
It happened several times in game and probably lost most of the team fights. I believe they were still grounded but their veil was still intact.

i think that's on purpose idk :/ the same thing happens with singed's poison trail. It still deals damage tho
This isn't a bug, it's not supposed to block persistent damage.
tbh it would waste the shield if persistent effects broke it since they would still be grounded in it after the shield was consumed. it would completely defeat the point.
It shouldn't block grounded effect if they are walking over he already casted W. It should pop off if they get hit by her W upon cast.
