And my anti-virus is treating league as a virus. Already restored it from the virus chest, but it is still not working

I have a possible fix for you;

Try starting the game using the lol.launcher.admin executable, instead of* lol.launcher*
(They are found directly in your LoL folder next to eachother)
Next try running the launcher in Administrator mode; both launchers.
Make sure you give it up to 3 minutes to start. This shouldn't be normal, but could happen.

You do say your antivirus is stopping it. Does that mean a message saying it is being blocked is popping up? If that's the case, my fix probably won't mean anything. You will want to try googling the issue and use appropriate keywords such as "McAfee blocking LoL"
