Taking around 10 minutes to log in to client

running 45mbps

Everything else is working 100% fine, couldnt pick a champ to ban, got auto dodged.

When i do get into games, there are no hp bars or anything.

Is there a problem with the client? I would like to know before i waste more lp, its not like youre going to give it back.
