Garen's Silence Not Always Working.
I was playing Top Garen against Top Cho'Gath, I went in on him with my E and Q activated for speed boost, then the moment it was over I silenced Cho. The problem was that he immediately turned around and ate me, while he was silenced. I wasn't the only one who saw it either, 2 of my teammates were in lane ganking for me and my friend who i was duoing with also saw it. That was the only instance that it happened in that game to my knowledge.
Today i was playing against Kennen and whenever my friend would gank i would silence Kennen, but he could still activate his E and run away. It got to the point where it was impossible to gank him since he kept using his E to run. Now it seemed he could only do this within the first .2 seconds of the silence, if he waited any longer he would be officially silenced.
So i was wondering if this is a thing with Cho and Kennen being able to do that or if there is a bug. I play Garen a lot and have not really noticed this problem until this week, i think it is just more obvious against these two champions. I know Ezreal can still warp after being silenced if he uses it immediately, but i was told he is allowed to do that.

Optional - 4) Pick Cho'Gath and Use His Ult or Pick Kennen and Use His E.
