[Bugs/Clarity] Darius Bleed and Crippling Strike and his Noxian Guillotine

Bug #1: We had a post not too long ago that Darius can no longer reduce attack speed AT ALL.

Bug#2: Darius sometimes cant refresh his Ult even though he did got the finishing blow and is level 16

Bug#3: Darius's Bleed does not deal its full damage.

Clarity Issue #1: Darius's bleed is not in line with the new Combat System.

So Riot, these are the problems with Darius as of now. Will there be any information on what is going on or any new information that we might be seeing a fix in upcoming patches or not?

MAJOR EDIT!!!!: i just went into PBE to look at Darius. HIS ATTACK SPEED IS PERFECTLY FINE ON PBE!!!

SO why isnt it the same on Live?

EDIT: ATTACK SPEED IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD BE. Now we have to wait for these bugs.
