How to reproduce: level up a skill.

How to get rid of it temporarily (until you level up again):

Alt tab out and back into the game (not viable)

~~2) Recall and then cancel~~ EDIT: just played an entire game as gangplank and this didn't work, I had to tab out or use items

Some skills

Please hotfix ASAP, this is really fucking annoying.

~~I play in full screen mode. I don't know, but this may be required to reproduce the bug (since point #1 gets rid of it), but I have not tested windowed mode.~~ I have tested it in borderless window and the bug still persists

I got it too, temporarily fixed it every time i used an hp pot

I have seen this as well, although it has been sporadic.

This happens to me as well. Every time I level up, it goes away if I use a pot or active item. At first I thought it was my video card causing artifacts

i get this too, did some testing and i got this only when i levelled up as udyr every time i gained a level and it seems to fix when alt tabbing out/using an active item

To fix it you can just move an item in the item box. It fixed it for me. But that's only temporary.

you can fix it by drinking a potion, too

but this is rly annoying

I get this bug too, doing some tests on it now. Let you know what I get. EDIT: I only got it lvl 2 for fizz, then i got it for 2-5 on mundo...

Hey guys, just wanted to check in and ask if you are experiencing this issue as of today (8/6). If so, do you have reproduction steps that work 100% of the time? Are you changing resolutions, alt-tabbing, or changing HUD-scaling every game that it's happening?
