Riot I know you're looking into a store but I have a question

I just put in codes for RP but only 2 of them were rewarded I didn't get the $25 code and I thought it was just my pc being slow so when I reentered it the store told me error it was already in but I still don't have the RP. So I relogged and then shop was down. Do I send in a support ticket for this or what? I still have the card with me if I need to provide proof
