Jungle Spawn Random Messages?

Am I the only one getting this? In game, at random times, it will look like a player just typed a random message about a jungle monster spawning. These messages are obviously automated.

For example:

Player 1: Blue team blue buff takes 3'5 seconds to spawn (mkjogo.com) Player 1: Red team red buff takes 2'6 seconds to spawn
