As the title says^
The "Spoils of War" passive does not execute siege from below 200 hp like it should, though If I do land the killing blow it will will transfer gold andhp.
THRESH IS RANGED!
Edit: In the future I'd recommend doing a small amount of research prior to reporting a bug that isn't one. This comes up at least three times a week and doesn't need to come up at all if people would read the tool tip and note that thresh is not a melee champ.
It's 2015. By now, people should've managed to decipher the encrypted gibberish that the Relic Shiled description is.
