As per the rules, Report a Bug is for the collection of formal reports of bugs only. It is for the collection of reports so that they may be fixed by technical staff and clogging the board with irrelevant posts hurts everyone.
It is not for making "meme" joke complaints about issue they already know about and are in the process of fixing.
Next patch they will try a fix with this and the crit bug with backstab.
And then the patch after that they'll try and balance Shaco.
