Poppy W not registering enemy abilities

If a champion uses a dash/jump ability in place, it will ignore Poppy's W entirely, allowing them to deal any damage the ability may deal (Such as Kha, Tristana, Illaoi, Aatrox, etc.) and not be momentarily displaced.
