Missions/FWotD buggy in the client?

After completing my First Win of the Day, the mission said "Reward Pending," I wasn't sure if the XP and BE had yet been credited to my account.

Logged out and then logged into a smurf and the FWotD is not present on the mission list. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be ready again yet but the completed mission with timer is also missing from both the mission screen and the "completed mission" section (completed mission section was also completely empty, not sure if that's expected)
