Not getting Chest when I get an S

Recently I noticed I was eligible for 4 chest, so I decided to try and get some of those...

I got an S on Naut, and didnt get a chest drop... Thought that was odd, but maybe if I restarted the client it would pop up. It didnt, and now Iv gained an S+ on Nasus and didnt recive a chest for that either.

I checked the match history, and the champion collection. S in both of those places...

Any solutions, riot comments?

Had you already earned chests on those champions? Go to your champions in the collection tab, and any champion icon with a special border is one you already earned a chest for, and you can't earn another on that champion until the start of next season.
