[Client] Mana regen/level glyphs are marked wrong

The mana regen/level glyphs are marked incorrectly in the shop and probably the entire client as well. They say they give 0.06 mana regen/5 seconds per level (1.2 at champion level 18). Here's the deal: 18x0.06=1.08 mana regen per 5 seconds. So which is it?
