Fix the stats for in game champs

Every time I get into games now i cannot trust the cdr percentage or the ap scaling numbers or the ad scaling numbers after clicking on enemy champs and trying to read their stats whenever I click on a kayle with 400 ap it also says an udyr with only ad has 400ap or has the same amount of cdr as the kalye. Fix this bug plz. It makes calculating dmg output so much more difficult.
