You can change ward skins in New Champ Select now, but....

It's broken, at least I got a big ass error. I tried to change it, I get given an error popup before it's replaced with a little loady icon which I can't get rid of and that stops me from taking action.

So because I can't do anything I can't lock in my ban, and because I can't lock in my ban I'm booted from the Q and now I'm waiting for a time penalty to end. Why am I getting punished for your system being so bug ridden Riot!? Fix that would yah?

Just had this happen to me. I tried to change my ward skin in champ select and I got a never ending loading symbol so I couldn't ban so I was kicked. After it kicked me from champ select I still had the look of something loading on the home screen and I couldn't cancel it or click through it at all. Had to close from task manager.
