Akali q proc and e both don't deal damage sporadically.

So these may be two separate bugs, or one and the same, but here are the issues:

1. On occasion, when you autoattack a target with the q mark on them, it won't actually trigger the mark. It appears to occur most often if you auto attack shortly after the proc appears on the enemy champion, but I have seen it also occuring if you auto attack immediately when you get out of your ult (using a similar animation canceling trick as that with riven and her autos, especially).

2. Her e won't deal damage on occasion, appears to especially occur at the farther reaches of her e. If they are standing instead it, but at its maximum range it appears to not deal damage often enough to make it game breaking. I have, however, had this happen even when the enemy units are almost on top of me, so I am not 100% sure what the problem is.
