Eternum Rek'sai Visual Glitch
Whenever your using Eternum Rek'sai , she tilts her head and her left lip flings up.
(Not sure if this happens with her other skins , as I do not use them),
(This visual bug can be recreated by just walking around )

I actually had to ask an animator about this one. Turns out, that's actually her tongue! This tongue animation occurs on all skins and her base.
This is working as intended. TIL.
