Rammus loses the 9 armor he got for preseason during his abilities

100% reproducible, I've been reporting it on both PBE and live report a bug feature the past month, just q and watch your armor drop 9, or hover over your armor and w and watch your base drop 9.

It makes his first clear much more rough, although he's kinda OP right now with aftershock anyway.
