The pick order for premade ranked 3's always the same

Ever since I can remember playing ranked 3's with my 2 friends the pick order of champions has always been the same. Friend A, Friend B, and then me. I've never been first, or second, always third. No matter who is the party leader, who is what rank, it's always the same.

Is it based on your summoner level or maybe your names alphabetically?

Summoner level no because friend 2 is the highest level. Alphabetically wouldn't really make sense?

That's kind of dumb but I guess a good answer as to why this keeps happening. I just don't understand why we can't either create who picks what first or just make it random.
