The pick order for premade ranked 3's always the same

Ever since I can remember playing ranked 3's with my 2 friends the pick order of champions has always been the same. Friend A, Friend B, and then me. I've never been first, or second, always third. No matter who is the party leader, who is what rank, it's always the same.
