RANT : Too many bugs and nothing being done, this game is a joke

I've had this happen numerous times throughout the past year when remake became available, but it's happened in situations not regarding remake also. But my most recent episode, I was in champ select locked in just waiting to start and my client froze, I was on curse with my duo so I told him to tell me when the game got into the loading screen. He told me when, at which point I closed league, re-opened, got into the loading screen, and in game by 2:50. I'm walking to lane and he had already told them I would be a min or 2 late and that I was loading in, etc etc. So then 1 person offers the remake anyways and the next 2 votes were no and people were spamming chat saying dont remake and then someone else said yes anyways too. I WAS ALREADY BACK IN GAME. And it remakes. This is the 2nd time this bs has happened and both times I've been hit with a 5 min low priority queue of 20 mins. I've been hit with it probably 6-7 times not due to pc specs just dumb luck like when I kicked my power cable and didnt have my battery in so my laptop shuts off. Same thing, I'm messing my friend on my mobile league app since it was 15 mins in, saying I'll be back dont ff, and they didn't, but they lost in the 5 mins it took me, I was in the loading screen and I got the popup saying this match is no longer in progress, and then hit with low priority. Seriously, there's so many other methods to fix this stupid leaverbuster punishment program because as it sits it's just punishing probably 20% of leagues players when 19% is just revolving around them having to close, re-open,re-login, and reload the game, and then being punished for it. My advice is just make a client that doesn't have 10 steps that take 10 years on mid-grade computers/laptops to load. Your client sucks, your game sucks, and your support staff are the worst I've dealt with. I dont bother asking to remove the penalty because I'll get the same condescending response of them playing dumb and helpless.
