Krugs HP bug

When krugs split, they have a brief period where their HP is different than what they supposed to have.

two gameplay case :

1. Tryndamere Spinning slash, killing some of the mini krug, but not all, one survive with ~25% of his max Health
2. Tryndamere Spinning slash, One shooting both intermediate krugs after killing Big krug, just after they land on the ground.
