I am sure someone might have seen this, it's a corki bug, i was playing against this corki, once he used his e the sound never stopped, as long as corki was in my screen, i could hear his annoying ass cannon sound of his e all the way untill the end of the game. Even when he was dead, as long as his body was in my screen, i could hear that cannon.
this is only slightly related, but i get this EVERY GAME with nexus towers. Once they are activated once, the sound effect never stops playing
Sejuani's Q also does this.
I haven't noticed what causes this though. It just seems to randomly start.
I've had it a couple of times with zhonya, more hilarious tho...

Fizz + hourglass seems also to happen lot. And the nexus turret that keeps making noise (not that annoying)
I've ran into the bug alot of a constant sound of Kog's passive. That induces rage quit.
