Jax locked out of autoattacking after casting E - Conterstrike

I played a blind normal recently as Jax, and found that I ended up losing several fights due to being unable to autoattack for a good few seconds after channeling E - Counterstrike. I discovered later on in the match that reactivating it manually before it channels the full duration doesn't caue the bug, but letting it run the full 2 seconds does.
