Issues in queue & cannot log in

Just in this evening, I've already had two issues with queue. First in ARAM, when I clicked "reroll", the button turned grey, but the new champ never came up. I only saw who I got one the game started loading. Then, I was in queue for a normal game. It showed the person in front of me, on the enemy team, waiting to lock in a champion. They never locked in. But, then, all of a sudden, I was booted and it said "you failed to lock in". But, it wasn't even my turn!! Now, I can't even lock into League. Wonderful.

I'm having the same problem in aram. My reroll button was grey and I couldn't trade with anyone. Then, when I tried a second time, the timer for the end of champ select got to zero. The game freezes.

Ever since dynamic queue came out i have been having this exact problem. Had to wait out 2 dodge timers yesterday just because client got stuck. :(
