Warding totem still has a bug

item 3340 Still displays it's auto upgraded at level 9 text, that it lasts for 120 seconds and a new one can be cast every 120 seconds, before champions actually get to level 9. Was hoping this could get fixed soon, it's a small bug but it does cause a little confusion if you assume your ward will last 120 seconds and it disappears faster.
