Syndra E not stunning fix plz

Last week in NA Syndra has a 41% win rate - http://na.op.gg/statistics/champion/
Her stun simply doesn't work. Goes right through champs and even if it hits and does the damage (which sometimes it doesn't, just knocks back) it doesn't stun.
Being a lane bully to transition into a viable mid game to make picks was all she had. Now she can't lane bully if your opponent has a brain (especially with the mana nerfs) and can't get any picks with a non-functional stun.
Id love for Riot to to acknowledge this........... are you working on a fix?
