Crash / Destroyed Turrets Showing On The Map

Just had a game where I was defending my mid lane 2nd turret. My game crashed. When i got back into the game I continued playing. Then while going to defend the turret again the enemy and their minions walked right past it and I almost died because I did not expect that. Then they killed the mid outer base turret with the 2nd turret still showing to me on my screen.

I tried to screenshot it but it didnt take it. And when i watched the replay it shows it was destroyed right after my game crashed,
