How many patches did it take (8?) and it didn't fix it at all xD

Exact same thing as prepatch, ally died with the ball on them. Please actually fix it without making us wait another 8 patches.
Found the original thread, apparently it's been around since 6.5. Meanwhile I still will not be playing my main of 3 years due to the frustration this bug causes.

It has also popped up a few times on here and is rather frustrating that it is taking most of the season to fix it.
