[GAMEPLAY] Shiv Lightning procs full heal from Omnivore

For some reason game seems to treat Shiv proc as 5 separate instances of damage, instead of single multi-target one, and procs full 15% Gunblade healing, leading to huge bursts of lifesteal, especially if it crits on minions.

Now, I don't know of anyone else who would use this, admittedly quite exotic item combo, but I still feel obligated to report this.
